Found this strain in a distillate syringe and I really like the happy effects of it. It helps me with my pain, which I live with a ton of nerve pain and spasticity from MS and other nerve diagnoses. So despite the description of mild pain, it helps me with my chronic pain in its distillate form

Pineapple Express gives you both a head and body high; however, the cerebral head high is more intense. The body buzz feels warm and tingling but not overpowering. You feel energetic yet relaxed on this strain. Definitely a good daytime smoke or at a party. This strain does not make me feel couch-locked. Tastes a bit like pineapple and earthy flavor. Gives you a huge case of the munchies though
